Hey 👋 I’m Jen, a certified Integrative Nutritionist specializing in Preventable Chronic Diseases. My journey started back in 2012, fueled by a personal mission to help my loved ones manage and even reverse chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. Along the way, I’ve deepened my expertise with certifications, including one from Stanford University’s Food & Health program, specializing in nutrition for obesity and diabetes.
But more than my credentials, it was my personal experience with insulin resistance and the struggles of my family members that shaped my approach.
