This 28 Day Nutrition Program was created by our resident nutrition counselor and researcher who specializes in low glycemic eating and weight loss-friendly lifestyle habits.
From Jen: this course was created out of my frustration of seeing so many low glycemic diet books promote artificial foods and sweeteners as a way to be healthy. I wanted to provide something that gives you real, whole, and nutritious foods that improve your health, reduce your waistline, and give you lasting energy. I personally have eaten low glycemic for the last 7 years and it’s my diet of choice for keeping my weight balanced naturally, whether or not I’m going to the gym 5 days a week (which I don’t!)
